To register, simply call us at 631-563-7720- Limited to 10 Vendor Tables- Be an exclusive vendor!

 

A. Professional Vendor Tables for Event
Included in your exhibit rental space is a  6' draped table, two chairs, waste basket, and a Vendor sign. You may set up materials as necessary to display your booth properly.

As a bonus, all paid exhibitors will be provided with a mailing list of all Expo attendees.

B. Exhibitors
Breakouts and coffee breaks will be in your vendor area for students in attendance
D. Schedule - Set-up, Exhibit and Teardown Hours
Set-up is the morning of the Educational Event with teardown at 3pm on the LAST day of the Educational Event. (you may set up on Wednesday before the event
E. Expo Hours
7:30am to 6:00pm each day of classes
 $500.00 Standard Professional 6 foot Table in classroom or adjacent classroom where coffee and refreshments are served
